You will be advised if the equipment cannot be repaired at the time of our engineers visit.

 

If this is due to parts that need to be ordered through our suppliers we cannot give a specific time for a return visit. For parts in stock, repairs will normally be completed by the next day at the latest.

 

Our Guarantee Periods: all new parts – 12 months / reconditioned parts – 6 months
